In the field, many farms do not have reliable signal. Nova Silva uses plainer language: some workflows let people save work on the phone and synchronize it when internet returns. That does not mean every module works without connection or that a local draft is already a confirmed central record.
How operational truth is preserved
Local confirmation
The user must see that the change was saved locally and remains pending. Closing a form without confirmation is not treated as captured evidence.
Workflow scope
The production synchronization contract is currently validated for plot records. Other workflows require a connection unless their own screen confirms an operational queue.
Visible synchronization
Pending, synchronized and failed states remain distinct. A failure is not silently converted into success or an empty list.
Central authority
After synchronization, the organization-scoped central record is again canonical; the local draft does not create a second source of truth.

It is relevant for cooperatives, export houses and technical teams that need to capture plots and origin evidence in areas with irregular connectivity, preserve provenance and review exceptions before using data for a lot, audit or buyer request.
